We have a detailed knowledge of how loft conversions are built. We design the structure to enable the space to be maximised for your client. by ensuring all steel and timber member sizes are optimised.

Exeter Engineer is a structural engineering consultancy formed by managing director Chris Croft MEng in 2017.
Chris is a fully qualified structural engineer and has worked in the construction industry for 10 years, working on large and small projects including large scale projects, such as the London Olympics and Crossrail. Chris gained a 1st class honors Civil Engineering from the University of Bath.
